We want you to be satisfied with your FilmStick purchase. If you are not fully happy, this Refund & Return Policy explains eligibility, timeframes, and how to request a return, refund, or exchange.

 

  1. Eligibility

– Returns and refunds are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. (Contact support within 14 days for exchanges; see section 6.)

– Product must be returned in original condition and packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

– Items that show signs of physical damage, water damage, tampering, or obvious misuse are not eligible for a refund.

– Opened packaging is accepted for return if the device is fully functional and returned with all original contents, unless local law provides a longer right to return.

 

  1. Non‑returnable / Non‑refundable Items

– Digital content that has been downloaded, streamed, or activated.

– Gift cards.

– Products purchased from third‑party retailers (please contact that retailer).

– Items damaged after delivery or where the seal or serial number has been removed, if applicable.

 

  1. Defective or Damaged on Arrival

– If your FilmStick arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We may request photos, video, or other evidence.

– For verified defects or shipping damage, we will provide a prepaid return label and offer repair, replacement, or full refund (including original shipping).

 

  1. Return Process

– We will issue a Return Authorization (RA) and instructions. Returns without prior RA may be delayed or rejected.

– Pack the product securely. Use original packaging when possible.

– Ship the item using a trackable carrier. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, a defect, or damage in transit.

 

  1. Exchanges

– Exchanges for the same product are processed like returns. If you want a different model or color, return the original for refund and place a new order, or contact Support for assistance with availability.

– If an exchange is accepted within 14 days, we may expedite shipping at our expense for defects or wrong items shipped.

 

  1. Refunds

– Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

– Refunds are credited to the original payment method. Processing times vary by bank or card issuer.

– Shipping charges are refundable only when the return is due to our error (defect, wrong item, or damaged shipment).

 

  1. Warranty Claims
